The CS Moore Studio and Zenescope are teaming up to co-produce a new action figure line based on Zenescope's comic book miniseries Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide. A comprehensive guide on how to hunt monsters and other supernatural creatures, the Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide is also set to be a live action motion picture starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The movie is tentatively scheduled for a 2013 release.

Today CS Moore Studios shares a behind-the-scenes look at the development of one of the Monster Hunter action figures. Sculpted by Mat Brouillard, the new photos show the figure in the early stages - from simply being blocked out in clay, to refinements and changes in the figure's attire. Check out the full process on CS Moore's first blog entry: Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide Action Figure Part 1: Sculpting the Monster Hunter.

How is it that THIS, a mini-series, is getting an action figure line, but INVINCIBLE has yet to see any action figures??

Yeah, but Kirkman is becoming a household name! Attach his name to it, and it's gold! Ah well. Will MH here have some creatures to fight? Preferably a Sasquatch?
