The Dark Knight returns for more challenges...

The number one superhero videogame has been out for less than a month however Eidos and Warner Bros. Interactive are not wasting any time in rewarding gamers with additional downloadable content. Two free challenge maps will be available this Thursday for the highly successful action game Batman: Arkham Asylum.

The Insane Night Map Pack will be available to owners of all three versions - PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 - via online download.

The "Totally Insane" map is a combat level where Batman must fend off groups of fast-moving enemies as they attempt to escape Arkham through the secure records facility.

"Nocturnal Hunter" is an Invisible Predator map where Batman glides between Arkham's watchtowers to gain the drop on unsuspecting foes.
